Swedish Crème  1 Tbls unflavored gelatin ¼ cup cold water 2½ cup heavy cream 1 cup sugar 2 cups sour cream 1 tsp vanilla 1 container frozen Strawberries or Raspberries in syrup   Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Set aside.  Heat heavy cream (do not boil).  Add gelatin and sugar and stir until dissolved. Cool mixture about 10 minutes.  Mix in sour cream and vanilla.  Pour into molds.  Chill 3 hours or overnight.  Top with thawed fruit and syrup.   SERVES: 6 Source: Nancy Laycock, 2/9/09
